One to one or small group core strength training available, ideal for ‘mummy-tummies’, or for riders wanting to take the pressure off their back and improve their core strength.

 

Almost everyone benefits from having good core strength and an achievable, everyday functional fitness goal.

 

You will only be given exercises and stretches you enjoy and that will be genuinely manageable in your busy day! No gym membership necessary!

During the Covid 19 lockdown, where social distancing is vital, I will be unable to offer face to face, hands-on treatments. However I am able to offer remote assessments and advice by video call.
